Guacamole with Alexandra’s Pikliz

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 finely diced onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz

Steps

  1. Use a potato masher to mash the avocados in a mixing bowl
  2. Use a food processor and grind fresh cilantro leaves into bit sized
  3. Mix all the ingredients together including Alexandra’s Pikliz
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
